Who Are We A Part Of? We are proud to say we are affiliated members of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agent). We are monitored by TPO (The Property Ombudsman) – As members of the TPO we are required to follow The Property Ombudsman Letting Code of Practice which will assure you that we endeavour, you will always receive a good standard of service, and as a bonus we are also required to have Professional Indemnity insurance. We are also users of TDS (The Dispute Service/Tenancy Deposit Scheme) – We can assure you all deposits are highly protected and managed fairly when there is a very unlikely dispute. We are accredited landlords and for the benefit of our landlords and tenants we also have a client money protection in place.
