Most ground floor rooms have direct access to a communal lawn through individual back doors; most first and second floor rooms have balconies.

Every floor has access to a large shared kitchen, fully fitted with stoves, ovens, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as designated fridge/freezer and cupboard space for each room. The kitchens also have laundry facilities, provided free of charge. Every floor is serviced by a lift, and there are dedicated secure bike sheds on the ground floor. The rent includes water, gas and electricity.

Thames Wharf North is located in the heart of Oxford, and is convenient for students at any of Oxfords colleges or universities. It overlooks Fiddlers Stream, a quiet, lovely stretch of the River Thames, and is just a short walk away from the beautiful fields of Port Meadow, and the shops and bars of Oxfords elegant Jericho district.

Prospective tenants will need to supply photo ID, their last three months bank statements, and their acceptance letter from their educational institution. A 5 weeks deposit and the first months rent are payable in advance
