Available exclusively for students, we have four rooms available in a shared house in Aldershot. Ideally located for getting to UCA Farnham, University Centre Farnborough, Farnborough Tech and Sixth Form Colleges amongst others. All rooms are fully furnished including a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a shared kitchen with sufficient amenities for the tenants to use, a living room with a TV and sofas, a shared garden and on road parking.
The rooms currently available:
x2 single rooms: 580pcm inclusive of all bills and utilities
x2 double rooms: 615pcm inclusive of all bills and utilities
Rent is payable in quarterly instalments in October, January and April. This is a fixed term 12 month tenancy only.
Please note all rooms are on upper floors without lift access, however the shared kitchen and living room space is on the ground floor.
Included bills and utilities: gas, electricity, broadband. Council tax and TV license is exempt for students.
