Rent is charged over a 52 week period, We will require you to make rent payments in advance. Universal Credit claimants will need to make an advance rent payment of a months rent, as do those in employment.
Our properties are unfurnished. Our homes are not decorated and will be as the last tenant left them, decoration wise. We do not charge tenancy fees/agent fees. There is no bond/deposit to pay and our rents are low, to ensure your home with us is as affordable as possible so you can make your tenancy a success. If the home has gas, we will carry out a gas safety check annually and we will also test the homes electrical system before you move in.
The property has a communal (shared entrance) so absolutely no pets are allowed.
Your tenancy will be an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for the first 12 months and will be converted into an assured tenancy after 12 months providing the tenancy has been conducted in a satisfactory manner.
