The property is very central and a four-minute walk to Maida Vale Tube Station, with access to Bakerloo Line, and easy access to all of London's iconic landmarks and places of interest including Notting Hill, Soho, Regent’s Park, The Sherlock Holmes Museum, Primrose Hill, Little Venice and Hyde Park.

The Space
Located on the 2nd floor, this beautiful Central London flat can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The smoke-free property features two bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a balcony. Many of the traditional Edwardian features of the property remain with traditional mouldings and archways throughout.

The Waterway is great for a fun lunch or dinner with drinks right on the canal in Little Venice.

My favourite cool local hidden gem is Formosa Street. There is a cute French bistro, a tapas bar and an Italian restaurant.

To further discover London's heritage, you can also visit several museums like the British Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Science Museum, and Leighton House Museum, all located within just a few minutes by walk or public transport.

For a fun weekend activity, go down to nearby Notting Hill and Portobello to explore the markets and great shopping!

And please don’t forget the amazing parks in London. We’re right on Paddington Recreation Ground which is always buzzing with runners, dog walking, kids playing in the parks and athletes practicing on the track. Regent’s and Hyde Park are in walking distance and completely gorgeous in all seasons.

For yoga and pilates, I recommend The YogaLoft and BootCamp Pilates which are both nearby.
