Martin Smith Residential Letting and Management was started by Martin Smith FNAEA / MARLA in 1995 and we have been at our current offices since October 2000. We specialise purely in the letting and management of properties in East London, mainly residential but we also have a busy commercial department. We are members of Association of Residential Letting Agents and the National Association of Estate Agents being bound and subject to their rules of conduct and are an accredited member of the National Approved Letting Scheme having in place a customer complaints procedure, professional indemnity insurance and client money protection cover which means peace of mind to both tenants and landlords who enlist our services. We are also members of the Ombudsman Scheme for Residential Letting Agents. We pride ourselves on our friendly professional and fair service and we consider this one of the main reasons why nearly all of the clients that were with us at the start are clients of ours to this day. We now have a very large client base and if you were the owner of one property or fifty properties you would recieve the same level of service from our staff. Our aim throughout all our dealings is customer satisfaction.
