With over 17 years’ experience Zia Anwar is the sales director and he would be happy to help you with any questions you may have. The office also has a dedicated administration officer who collates references and ensures tenants are financially viable to rent property. The administrator also prepares the legal aspects of a tenancy including preparation of tenancy agreement (sourced from The Letting Centre).
