The Calendar monthly rent is £609.67. No deposit is required however we do ask that you pay the first months' rent in advance of signing a tenancy agreement. Included within the rent is a weekly charge of £9.08 towards heating and hot water which is not eligible for of Housing Element of UC and a direct debit must be set up to pay this charge.

Rose Court is located in Ravensthorpe, midway between Mirfield and Dewsbury.
